To avoid wasted time and frustration, HIGHLY RECOMMEND that the Patient have this clinic check insurance eligibility at the time of making first appointment. I have apparently gotten spoiled with clinics automatically doing this. My referral had the correct insurance info on it. I was not able to get an appt for 3 months. At check-in, I was told that my insurance was not accepted here...
