The staff is so sweet and caring. We've moved across town but continue to come to Oasis because we love the care we receive. My children (now 10 and 12) have had their dental work done with Oasis their entire lives and have had nothing but great experiences. I've also referred by dad to Oasis and he has been very impressed as well.
I've been going to this practice for years. Dr. Aldridge and his staff are outstanding, friendly and take great care of their patients. In addition, the insurance billing process is a breeze - never had an issue with billing. Definitely and highly recommended.
It's always a great experience going to Oasis Dental. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Aldridge is gentle and very skilled. He's doing implants on me and I'm so excited to have a new smile. Thank you to all the folks at Oasis Dental.
The dentist and assistants were super friendly. A prime example is that I'm a smoker and they didn't nag me too much about doing so. You could also tell that they are working hard, not missing one spot. All in all good experience.
Very good. Allison was fast and answered questions I had about keeping my teeth clean. I wasn't aware this appointment was also for a meeting with the dentist. I thought it was just teeth cleaning but all turned out ok.

I have always received outstanding care from Dr Aldridge and the dental care staff. The hygienists are really nice and very thorough, they genuinely want to hear how you are doing. I had some fear about needing an implant however all of that was relieved when he and his assistants explained the process to me. They took great care to ensure I was comfortable during my appointment. The front office staff has changed recently and it's been a nice change. You can expect to be greeted with a smile and treated with kindness!
I've been to 3 different places to get my teeth cleaned and Oasis dental is the best! Im impressed how hospitible this place is. Free coffee is offered while patients wait and a large TV is there to keep you entertained. The staff is punctual and friendly, and warm head towels are even offered. This place is awesome ! I personally always request for Theresa because she has a very pleasant demeanor and is gentle with my teeth. She also does an amazing job removing all my coffee / tea stains on my teeth.
Coming to Vancouver last summer after 16 years with a dentist in Dallas, I was a bit apprehensive as to how my experience and satisfaction would play out. The professionals at Oasis, from Dr. Aldridge to the admins staff to all his dental technicians is nothing short of remarkable. I now know what true, top-flight, dental care looks like and must admit my dentist in Dallas was very good but not as competent as care I receive at Oasis.
