They have a great customer service
DO NOT COME HERE! I used to go to a dental place in Portland and was told my teeth looked great. I came to Oasis Dental when I moved to Vancouver and was shocked to learn I needed all this dental work, but who am I to question a doctor? I trusted them so I had them do the work. They replaced two very old childhood amalgam fillings with crowns, I got some new fillings and did some sealants on my teeth. I've been coming here for several years. At first this was the best dentist I've ever been to, unfortunately as they've grown they seem to have forgotten their roots. The customer service here has become terrible. They're billing tactics have become borderline criminal. almost a year after my visit and I'm suddenly getting a $500 bill in the mail with no explanation and no previous communication.
