Front desk was great and we got in quickly. But the assessment did not go well at all. My son has horrible social anxiety which was known and when he was giving one word answers he was snapped at with "if you don't say more I don't see how you can expect me to help". First 10 minutes in pushing possibilities of medication. It was said multiple times "well we can try and if it isn't a fit I can see who else in the office can help". I loved my therapist and followed her to her new practice but I would not recommend Oasis Counselling to anyone. They double charged me AND my insurance company the entire month of April 2020. I have notified my insurance as well as the BBB and the State AG. I will also be contacting the Sec of State for NV because this office does not have a legal license in the state of NV for any of their office to be practicing mental health.
