I love this place. Everyone is very nice. I don't think I have ever had a bad experience. Anthony is my therapist and he is super supportive. I am glad I found Oasis Counseling. Thanks Anthony!
Although my therapist had the skills and training they kept messing up appointment times. The complete lack of consistency was a problem. A time would be set then the day before I would see it got changed. The therapist kept calling out and canceling on appointments.This is one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever been.The front desk rarely answers phones or respond to texts. I am so glad I listened to a friend who recommended this agency. I was able to get in to see a therapist in a week and they can do telemedicine or in office for my appointments. My therapist is incredible and had a lot of experience with divorce and co-parenting. The front office is fast to check me in and my therapist is always on time. I am a better communicator since going to therapy and I am very happy with Oasis Counseling.
What a great experience! Yesterday I met with miss Monica. She is very comfortable to be with and easy to talk to. The environment is welcoming, as soon as you walk through the door. Bright colors, positive messages are everywhere you look. A book shelf holds books available to borrow. I am so happy to have found them.
I’m so upset because I like my nurse-psychiatrist and I really think she herself is great, however this office is atrocious. 9/10 times they don’t answer their phone and you have to leave a voicemail and be on their schedule hoping you’re available when/if they call back. If they have normal business operating hours, then they should be answering their phones during those times. They don’t even answer their phones for other health care providers.
