I attended this car wash earlier this week (Monday morning 14th April) after booking in for a platinum wash. I left feeling extremely embarrassed and confused. As I arrived, the man I was handing my key to seemed extremely confused and not welcoming at all. He looked through my car and proceeded to say “WOW so dirty!” and “Big job!” etc. He proceeded to inform me that they would be charging me $200 to clean my car (it’s a Mazda 2, so very small car). Rogue pricing, was told to not refer to the board and the listed prices and was given a random price. ALL of my gold coins have magically disappeared... (Its not about the coins but the principal of trust in a company). My interior in some parts were still dirty and had dirt marks. I expect a level of quality that's comparable to the prices and if you're looking to increase your prices then expect quality to justify the increase.

Great - 👍🏻 good value very professional car wash
Previously I have rated this car wash as 5 star but they have dropped to being the same as most others. I have never found these guys to be sleazy however on my visit this week I confirmed the price but before I got out of the car I was told that I would have to pay 20% more as my car exterior was so dirty. I have posted a pic to show how my car was comparatively clean to show the level to where they have stooped. I have been bringing three of my cars to this wash but now I'll try a mobile wash.
