Poor management at this facility has created a very unsafe environment for both patients and staff. The owner's canned response means nothing. They have no interest in "learning" about any reported concerns.

I was here almost 2 months ago, the staff were really nice and kinda handled some situations really good, although the person who was in charge of letting me out wasn't doing a great job and some other patients agree. Overall the food is nice kinda, the showers are something ok depending on room, staff are sweet as sugar

I am deciding at this moment to focus on the future, rather than dwell on my inpatient experience at this hospital. The behavior of your staff on pod Juniper, particularly RN Crystal, was dominating, belittling, and demoralizing.
