The walls *are* thin, the only "loudness" I get is from a small dog but other than that it's quiet, most especially for people who moved to VA Beach, from a big City. I myself came from New York City.
Its a loud complex thin walls..if you live alone and are rarely home. Awesome. If you have a family not so much very small. Not animal friendly. Pool is very nice. Kiddie pool not so much
