It you make an appointment make sure 2 times is created correctly. I had to call several times to get ahold of someone to come an honor the appointment after hours. The technician was great but the office not so great. Called and spoke to manager and her tone of voice was not very pleasant when explaining to me that supposedly my appointment was there and the technician created another one. Definitely not doing business with them again in the future.

Oasis just installed a second central A/C unit in our home. The existing unit was not keeping up with the heat of the summer. They did an excellent job at a fair price. It was a significant install with all the new attic ducting and wire runs. They were very careful and kept everything clean in the house with plastic sheets since they were in and out of several attic ceiling entries over the three days. The new unit works great and we are verry glad we went with Oasis.

He had a proposal in front of us with several options within 2hrs. We received two other proposals that were competitive; we decided to go with Oasis as we have some close friends that highly recommended them. They did the install for us two days later. The installation of the Trane equip... read more
