Great job, figured out the problem and made repairs.
Cruz came out to my house to fix my air conditioner that was not working. He quickly determined that water pan sensor in the attic unit had been activated and had shut down the compressor. This is the second time this has happened. Both times there has been no evidence of moisture in the pan. He concluded that the sensor was likely defective. He disconnected the sensor (a new one to be reinstalled in the near future) and the A/C began operating normally. My A/C is still on warranty. This repair cost me nothing. Cruz did a gr... read more
