Front office staff was horrible. Not clear with instructions for procedure. Was on hold for 30 minutes and a second attempt to speak with someone I was sent to voicemail and no one returned my call. It was crucial timing as my procedure was the next day. I’m terribly disappointed and would not recommend this office.
Margaret, office manager, doesn't answer patient emails. Previous contact was excellent, Sendy Figueroa. Suggest timely response.

I had the rudest doctor i had ever met. It was clear he did not want to treat me because of my insurance. I dont remember his name but he was Asian. I wouldnt let him operate on my goldfish. What a horrible physician.
