Had the worst experience with craig. He will smile and act nice to your face and then not look into anything when he’s making decisions. This offcie and northwest are just wearing a oakwyn badge there not professionally managed at all. There just basic agents trying to be a social media brand. Staff were great but managers again are not problem solvers
Not a good people to do the business with. Very unprofessional and not helpful. When asked about the agent from their reality they simply told lies. Not trustworthy company.
This is a great brokerage. There are educational courses for newer agents and opportunities to consult regularly with Managing Brokers. The office staff are kind, responsive and knowledgeable. I've enjoyed being with this brokerage for the support and advice received from peers, staff and especially from the managing brokers Craig Dickson and Keith Strang.
I had a horrible experience interacting with Jessica Fan. I found her extremely disrespectful, and rude. She was difficult to talk to, hung up before I was finished speaking, spoke over me, and failed to provide me with necessary information for an apartment viewing I was scheduled to attend. I assume she made some pre-judgements before meeting me or something along those lines because I’ve never experienced that level of disrespect from someone, especially someone I’ve never met.
