I ordered this table for in home massages. I could NOT believe how BIG it is! I could not pick it up. Service girl told me all portable tables are that big now. What a liar! It is bigger than an in spa electric table. I tried to send it back, package unopened, 50% to return, I would LOSE $250! Crappy service, no integrity, now I am stuck with a table, and I must sell. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I love oakworks products. Since my first massage table I enjoyed using their material. I was very disappointed recently. I had an accident with a table warmer cloth and call the customer service. I wanted to repair the plug but learned that they do not know how to repair it. They do not know how the wiring is made "because that part comes from China"...What a terrible deception. I bought a table tia $650 and it came out broken, I call Custumer services and they said if I returned I have to paid 20% i lost $650 and they don't care about it never again. Here is my Order Id 786085
I had a fantastic experience! I've own 2 oakworks portal pro. My main pivot screw recently came out and I needed a replacement screw for the headrest. I call customer service, got through immediately. Explained what I needed and the rep took my info and is shipping out to me asap at no charge. The quality of a company that stands by it's products and takes care of it's customers is rare. Thank you Oakworks for your company. I've been in business 13 years and never had a problem.
