Predatory business practice. They sent me inferior cheaper table. instead of the actual, more expensive table I ordered and paid for. Refused to replace with the correct table. instead condescendingly advised what the difference was between the table I bought and the cheaper inferior table they sent me and suggested that I sell this inferior table and buy a new one. Never again will I deal with this dishonorable company that has despicable quality control and customer service.
Oakworks, despite what their website boasts, lacks all integrity and their values simply DO NOT exist. The worst management and customer service I have ever dealt with. I ordered a very expensive table and when it was delivered without the specifications promised their customer service rep Ricci only tried to sell me what was missing. They went back on their word, didn't own up to their mistakes or even try to provide a solution. I have never been so disappointed.

The most arrogant, unfriendly management ever dealt with. One would think that people who are making equipment for healing would have much love, customer appreciation and great respect for human being. Oakworks grown into corporation and changed its face from being friendly and customer oriented to cold and very customer unfriendly corporation, without human affection. It was a very disappointed experience to deal with arrogant and unfriendly management.
