last week was a really trying week for us. loosing a baby at 14wks. thankful for Dr. Lucero who was quick on her feet. she and the nurses at St. David's round rock, I believe, saved my life. Also thankful for Dr. Orth who's very sweet. I'm a nurse and have been around a lot of different doctors. Dr. Lucero is top notch. thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I stood in line for 2 minutes (making me then 10 min late for my appt) and when someone finally came to the front desk another patient came up behind me and the receptionist then helped her instead of checking me in. Then she walked away with a post it note after asking my name...came back and said I needed to reschedule....in MAY! I have concerns and pain and they DO NOT CARE! Dr. Lucero is caring and listens, she doesn’t rush you.
Been going there since I was pregnant with my “babies” who are now 19 & 21. Because of staff changes, I’ve had three different doctors and they have all been wonderful!
Dr. Lucero always makes me feel comfortable. She listens and doesn’t rush your visit. The front staff is also very nice.
