They don’t take medically complex patients
I worked here for 3ish years as a CNA and they take good care of their people. There’s certain nurses that go above and beyond to make sure patients are comfortable. I always heard the food was good from patients, it was always clean. I am a nurse now at a hospital and when people are choosing between nursing homes to transfer to, I tell them to look at Oakwood EAST. RecommendedThe grounds are particularly beautiful in the summer -- a pleasure that adds to all the great pluses of living here -- great friends, unbeatable staff, and so much that makes life easy. Friends, staff and resident pets are wonderful. In the winter my number one pleasure is "heated indoor parking"!!!

RecommendedOn Tuesday June 18 I was in tabor oaks dining,, I noticed a little after 5:45 my iPhone 10’was missing.... My deceased daughter brought me that phone and all my pictures are in there of her.. our face is plastered all over the phone..... I appreciate whoever took my phone touch my phone return it back to tabor... I’ve made an appointment to reset my password & in a matter of time I’ll know who has my phone and I’m gonna prosecute to the fullest & hope they get rid of the thief But needless to say the phone is sentimental to ... read more

RecommendedOakwood is a wonderful place to work and the atmosphere is very friendly. I have been an employee here for 18 years and I love it!
