Lived here for one year. Interior was mostly fine, but the management staff is the WORST. They always left significantly early, never answer their phones, and you can kiss your deposit goodbye. We signed a lease in June 2023 while we were living in Colorado, and then almost 2 months later, the day we were moving out of our apartment to drive to Florida, we get a voicemail from them saying they may not actually have an apartment for us. This place is the worst. I have been calling everyday and they don’t pick up the phone. Ok the website it says it closes at 6pm and they never answer. They make sure they take your money but they really suck. I’m going to corporate about this company. On top of that, they have switched management over 3 times!!!!

I lived here for almost two years. The biggest issues are the water/plumbing and the office staff. They shut the water off multiple times with little notice, sometimes less than an hour. There were plumbing issues in the downstairs apartments that caused gnats. The front office is very lazy and had to be reminded about issues multiple times before anything got done. So many stories of terrible issues and you contact you in the response . How should we contact you? There’s not one time I’ve called and someone answered the phone ! Please list a phone number that I can actually call that someone will pick up the phone. This is a urgent matter and I would hate to call the local news station.
