Verified Renter I moved down from Oregon and mResidences Redwood City made the move-in process easy. My apartment in beautiful and living on the first floor is perfect for my dog. The surrounding (gated) area of the complex is perfect for walking my dog. I expect I'll stay at this apartment complex for a long time.

Worst apartment ever! Worst security and leasing people. Constant break-ins and thefts in parking garage. If you park your car or bike in there forget that you own one. When you go and reach out to leasing all they say is sorry this happened please file a police report.
