RENTERS BEWARE!! – Renters beware. This company took several hundreds of dollars from our security deposit although the home was left in immaculate condition. The charges were unfounded and ridiculous. There are several other tenants that have had the same experience. I would never choose to have any business dealings with Russell James and would advise others to avoid it as well.
