I had booked my Frontier in for an appointment today Nov.26 2025. I am experiencing issues with the power lock actuator. I purchased the vehicle from another dealer. It was sold to me with the understanding that the Nissan Canada 160 000km warranty was valid. When I took the vehicle in to Oakwood this morning, the service writer tells me there is no warranty so any incurred costs are mine. DON'T GO TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! And the GM talks alot, but doesn't care about robbing customers. Still the sales staff is pretty solid. My pregnant wife decided her Mazda 3 wasn't big enough for a family vehicle and we needed a Mazda cx-9. We went to Mazda and they literally ignored us ( we made awkward eye contact with a few people but no one ever said hi or welcome... It was really weird) for 15 minutes.
