They advertised a used car for sale. We went there to look at it and was told it wasn't drivable or road worthy. Why wasn't that said in the ad? We traveled from out of town to see this car. Will never go there to buy a car now or ever.
We had an excellent experience at Oakwood Nissan recently when we bought a pre-owned Nissan Rogue. We worked with Ali, who was very friendly and professional, and made the process very smooth and efficient for us. The staff were all so kind, and even made our 5yo feel like a valued customer (asking her about preferred colours, whether the back seat felt comfortable, etc). Highly recommend!
My experiences are with their service department. The environment is very nice and welcoming. The online booking system is modern. But I don't have much nice things say about their quality of service. I don't go there very often. One time after putting a new water pump , they didn't put a pulley bolt back.
