Don’t move here. My downstairs neighbor smoked inside and I would flow into my apartment. Management did nothing about it. I toured with Stephen Jaffe who lied about everything. All the “remodels” he said were in the works didn’t happen for the 2+ years I was there. I was also shown an updated unit and given a unit that had old appliances and not updated kitchen. When I brought this up to management they did nothing. Finally when I moved out they charged me for a repaint of the apartment after I left the place spotless.
this was my first apartment. Had the pleasure of moving my son here 15+ years later
DONT GO HERE!!!! They raise rent leaving me homeless with my child!! Because they raised the rent. 2 times with in 6 months!! It’s dirty and roach motel!! Horriable management sucks. I was homeless for 6 months till o was able to get back on my feet!!!!
Great location, I have access to a lot of local places. Good neighborhood. I have recommended family and friends check it out too.
Super poor management at these properties with employees of property smoking cigarette and marijuana onsite. Also the units have frequent leaks, with no liability for damage to your stuff. Lots of theft of packages and unsafe practices. Not suitable for anyone, especially for people with family and kids.
