Green Property Management refused to give us our full security deposit back claiming they have no record of us paying it (it had nothing to do with the condition of the apartment). We recently bought a home and were counting on getting that money back. We have asked multiple times to speak with management about this but have not received any response. This is extremely disappointing considering we have been loyal tenants for years.
Green Property Management refused to refund our security deposit when my wife and I bought a house and moved out. It had nothing to do with the condition of our apartment, they claimed we did not pay it. We have attempted to speak with management, but they are completely unresponsive. At this point, they have our money and don't care about making this situation right. I would recommend looking for housing elsewhere.

I love this apartment and community, the new management sucks and needs to get themselves together. From losing my mail, to almost towing my registered vehicle while gone on a business trip, to leaving tenants without hot water for a week... this place isn't the oakwood it used to be. Horrible communication with us, blatantly lying about missing mail, and complete disregard for tenants concerns. Also recently saw that they are more than doubling rent.
