UPDATE: spoke with Natalie and was told something different than what I was told by Kara and The Edge. A lot of dishonesty and lack of communication from this company. We are really disappointed with how unprofessional this company is. We haven’t received our deposit for 3 months and just found out we’re only getting 12 dollars. I lived at one of their properties for 3 years. The last several months at the property (Beulah Place), I started having an electrical issue that cost me a lot of money, and prevented me from using my computer and certain pieces of audio equipment. The management at the property ended up blowing me off. Beulah asked for a review, on 7/25, which I gave. I was told they’d ’look into it further’. Lived at one of their properties (The Edge) and moved out last week of May. Still haven’t received our deposit or itemized list of damages and it’s now August 1st. They don’t answer the phone or emails. I am just trying to find out where our deposit is and why it’s taken months to send.
Great overall experience. Mark down for check, debit and credit card fees. I pay on time every time. Penalize those that don’t but don’t fee me to death.
