BE WEARY.... I lived at a Oakwood Management property and I must say I am not surprised to see the turnover rate for the town homes they rent. The manager at Charleston Place is always harassing the kids and parents. She never takes responsibility for any mistakes she makes and forgets almost everything you tell her when you need something repaired. She once startled my elderly in laws when she questioned them about what they were doing in the neighborhood. I moved out asap.
DO NOT LIVE AT SHADOW RIDGE TOWNHOMES. DO NOT LIVE HERE... The on-site property manager, Toni (female), is very discourteous and extremely unprofessional. Most places I have lived are helpful within reason, this company IS NOT. I contacted the property management company, OAKWOOD MANAGEMENT in reference to the the written termination of our contract, we submitted our 30-day termination 30 days before the end of our contract, which happened to fall on the 2nd of the month, however if you do not submit your 30-day written term... read more

Well were do we start, the manager (toni) is extremely dumb! she tells you one thing then she does another, she thinks she's the sh*t when she's just a loser!
Oakwood Management have great Townhomes for rent. Oakwood Management have a few properties for rent. They are very reasonable. The staff is friendly. They keep the grounds nice and neat. They have a pool and a tot lot. They pay for water and garabage pick-up. They are over all very nice places to live in. Sometimes they do get a little picky and give out fines before giving you a clear warning but I understand they just want a nice community.
