Working with Oakwood Legal was such a pleasure! I unfortunately got into a car accident and they helped me every step of the way- from getting a rental, talking to my insurance, and getting me set up for various therapies so that I could feel better. Their team was so attentive and caring. I hope no one ever has to deal with a personal injury case but if you do, Oakwood is the only Group I’d trust.

I feel like my "case manager " is a high school trainee at her first summer job. At least she has mastered the statement of " I don't know". I don't feel like a client at this firm. The only time they've contacted me was in the beginning of my case to get all my information. I've never had the courtesy of updates like a client should be. I've always had to call for answers and updates,
Extremely unprofessional, I kept receiving automated messages and emails telling me to schedule a good time to communicate. So far I have heard from no one that had called me except the automated messages I keep receiving nonstop
