Lack of communication. My shower was installed wrong. I do not like the ceiling fan. I do not like the faucets. After only 17 months my roof started leaking. No one would help. Go somewhere else. I will not recommend this place to any of my friends.

Wish I could post a picture of the horrible job they did building our house. We had to replace the floors only 4 years in and we found big holes in the floor under the carpet. Be very careful they will run your warranty out so they don't have to fix their mistakes too.

Absolutely the WORST experience. I cannot warm you enough. I will post pictures later of the super awful quality you get from these people. They throw together a house and sell it to you and then act like nothing is wrong with it. Spend close to 140k and get a trash house. I say, spend the extra money and find another company or build completely. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND THIS COMPANY! If you are actually satisfied with this quality you haven’t seen how a house is supposed to look. 🙃

Oakwood was fantastic to work with in the beginning. The purchase and set up went relatively smoothly and I was kept informed regularly. The problem arose with getting warrantied work repairs completed or for that matter getting anyone to follow up at all.
