We could not have asked for a better salesman than Aaron Anderson. We are first time home buyers so there was a lot of stuff that he explained in detail to us and made sure we knew exactly what was going on. We were in contact pretty much everyday and he always let us know what the next step was! He made our home buying process so simple! Even though the salesman that sold us the home is no longer there, it does not change the fact that he lied and just told us what we wanted to hear to purchase our home. We paid cash for our home in Aug 2017. It has taken 2 yrs to get thing fixed, it is ALWAYS someone different (atleast 6-7 different guys) that “has to come look” and see what needs done. RecommendedMy experience with Clayton has been nothing short of amazing. Bryant and Jason have went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. This was my first time purchasing a home and they walked me through every step and helped me choose exactly what I wanted. Bryant came out to my house today to make sure everything was perfect and I really appreciated that. I would definitely give them a 5 star rating and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the perfect home. Blessed is an understatement. ❤️
1 year later and my home still is not finished and nearly impossible to get answers or the manager to call back. Bought from Weber city from the same manager at Bristol location now. Please reconsider if you are thinking of buying from here!
0 stars I bought their "Atlantis" model home several years ago. I had seven electrical issues and not one was fixed. Even tho I repeatedly called to get them fixed. Only lived in the home a year and half and it burnt to ground. My sons and I lost everything. I did not go back there and I have told anyone I know that is looking to buy not to go there.
