All the Bristol office does is lie and sugar coat things. Awful at giving information to their customers. Very last minute. Says things are done when they are actually not. Always beating around the bush. My parents have now been stuck in a hotel for over 3 weeks because a very misleading information from this branch. Wouldnt recommend them for a bird house!
