Absolutely do not recommend oakwood to anyone. You will never be able to hear back from your sales rep or the GM even when you ask. They are gone random days in the week so getting information from them is very hard. Threatened to pull our loan over a mistake they made, which a couple of phone calls would have cleared it all up. If you have your own lender they will do everything in their power to make this as hard as possible. If you’re looking for a manufactured/modular home, look elsewhere in Amarillo.
