I bought my home 5 years ago and from the start I had two big cuts in my floor one in the master bathroom and the other in my kitchen. They sent out a repairman to fix the issues and they did a really crappy job in repairing both places to the point where the linoleum in my kitchen doesn't even match and the bathroom floor started coming up within weeks. Oakwood Homes Tulsa is great. Shannon and Ken did a phenomenal job helping me with my home purchase. Both are very knowledgeable and ready to help out with any questions in their perspective area of expertise. It is a professional but very laid back environment. I left extremely satisfied and felt all questions or concerns were addressed and clarified. The quality of these homes were structurally sound and beautiful design. I had an absolute 5 star experience.
Loved the homes but got approved and was turn down. Gave me excuses to do it.
Tons of issues from the beginning, huge lack of communication, just be ready to have to constantly ask the same things over and over and possibly get an answer or not, you’ll never know what’s actually going on
