Loved the homes but got approved and was turn down. Gave me excuses to do it.
Tons of issues from the beginning, huge lack of communication, just be ready to have to constantly ask the same things over and over and possibly get an answer or not, you’ll never know what’s actually going on

Dane was wonderful. He toured us through a few of the trailers, was very knowledgeable and throughly answered all the questions we had. It was a very pleasant experience compared to visiting with most realtors. They are flexible and willing to work with you on credit and even finding land
