We went in on the Sunday of 4th of July weekend, Unexpectedly having to put our best friend to rest. Dr Leavitt was very empathetic and kind, and very smart and informative. He handled us and our dog with the utmost patience and care. Even though they are not our usual vet, they were absolutely wonderful, and would recommend Dr. Leavitt to anyone.
We took our little Hallie there today. It was our first time at the clinic. We are very pleased with Dr Landorf and the staff! This is our clinic from now on!
Rude, didn't help at all, ridiculously high prices, especially considering they didn't do ANYTHING to help, said my cat was done for & I should put him down but he MIGHT make it if I take him to mn and then ppl in mn say he'll be fine and patched him up the next day! Oh and they called the cops to visit me about my "dead cat" that was alive, happy and running around. Never EVER going back to this place or these ppl.
Oakwood hills is not our normal vet but we had an after hours emergency.. our Puggle was seen at 9pm on a Friday night.. Dr. Lokken was amazing and had my baby in surgery and home to me the next night! They kept me updated on his progress the whole time... So a huge Thank You to Dr. Lokken and her emergency staff...
Caring,loving,compassion and understanding. Treated like family! I will be moving out of state roughly 2 1/2 hours away and they will continue to be my vet! I'm so thankful for this clinic.
Very caring, gentle, and thorough when I brought my cat in. In addition, they're open on Saturdays! I will definitely be bringing my pets here from now on.
I have been here several times with all three of my fur babies. We've been through tooth removal surgeries, seizures, euthanasia, & routine check ups. I have always been pleased with all of the care we have gotten. I have had appointments with several different doctors and tech's they all seem to be true animal lovers, showering the boys with attention & treats.
I had to take my boxer Titan in for a hematoma in his ear. He has a history of these, and has already had 3 surgeries on other ones. The staff knew who Titan was, and made him comfortable being there. I appreciate how caring and knowledgeable they all are.
