Rude rude rude..they do not trust other vets whatsoever so they insist on charging for an exam just to get a nail clipping for a dog! Even if you had an exam from a different vet the week before ..seriously? You don't TRUST the other vets??? This place only wants to milk you dry of your money..so sad!
So very thankful for the compassion shown to us. So accommodating to our needs when Fisher had reached the end of his life. Prior to this, the care he received was so caring. All the staff treated us as if we were the most important clients, every visit. Can't say enough about them.
A really great staff that has compassion for clients, patients, and each other, which can go a long way. They do what they love and love what they do. So happy to discover their greatness and that and they took us in like family.

I had a great first time experience at the Oakwood Hills Animal Hospital. Dr. Lokken was very professional, educated and compassionate. Me and my pet felt very comfortable the entire appointment. I will be back here for future checkups/appointments knowing that my pet will receive high quality and professional care.
5 stars are not enough for these folks. After taking Foxy to 2 different vets bc she wasn't peeing I finally called them and saw Dr Mull. She was kind and compassionate about the situation. After a few tests were run it was discovered that Foxys bladder had fallen. They did surgery and fixed the problem. They allowed me to stay through the surgery which was done at 930pm. Thanks to their compassion and commitment Foxy is alive and expected to have a full recovery.
