I lived here for 1 year and in that time had several issues. All relating to the new management company that took over. The appointments are very small but the price isn't the worst. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you can avoid it. Someplace with a management company that staffs their properties adequately.
We Just moved in to one of the townhouses. The area is very great and is a short walking distance to five points. The manager at the front office is very nice as well as the maintenance man and they will assist you with anything. Overall it's been a great experience thus far.
I got mugged, pistol-whipped, and my car stolen while living here. Owner never said anything. I was in constant fear here. No peep holes at the time. Alarms were not in yet. Oh, and there was a cable line that had issues in the building that I did not find out ab till after i was leaving. We would call xfinity bc of the cable messing up. The building chose to not disclose this issue or fix it. We paid $150/month for cable for our building to not have sufficient cable lines? Ridiculous. Possibly the worst place I've ever lived. Over priced, loud, barely any security, and dog shit everywhere. If that wasn't bad enough, I moved out in December. Have called the office 3 TIMES since then (less than 1 month) without so much as a phone call back. Don't waste your time or your money.
Every since Veronica took of the management of Amplify, my move-in process was flawless. I was relocating from another city and she went above and beyond to help me. She set up a FaceTime tour, send me all necessary info, spent time explaining the neighborhood etc. The unit was beautiful and exactly what I wanted, the location is fantastic and the building is nice.
