Had a massive gas leak we almost died from. Then CO2 leak 1 year later that we almost died from, followed by same oven being red-tagged about 2-4 times. And now tonight, our furnace is red tagged for leaking CO2!!!!!!! They raise the rent over and over and over, but unless you move out (been here 6+ yrs), they WILL NOT UPDATE ANYTHING, RE-Carpet 10 yr carpeting, or obviously regularly service your FURNACE!!!! What's next?? The WATER HEATER!!!!!!!
