This place is a money pit with a revolving door of management and maintenance stay are constantly changing. The complex has absoulutely no parking for guest and its always a risk for your guest to park because they will get towed for a hefty fee of 180 dollars, how can you enforce assigned parking when the parking is so scarce to begin with.
