Resident for 2 years. Grounds, maintenance, location, roominess - all great. However, management will not help resolve an issue with noise. Neighbors above me run around, move or drop heavy items, often between 11 pm and 3 am. Sleep impossible several nights each week. Multiple requests for assistance ignored or denied, despite the Community Quiet Hours Policy.
The staff is horrible. If you need maintenance you might as well do it yourself. If you move in and your AC breaks, you’ll remember reading this. DO NOT LIVE AT THE RESERVE AT GLENBRIDGE. HEED MY WARNING.
I just submitted my application. I had some issues for external reasons; however, the management team took care of everything. When I went for my first tour, Olha showed me the neighborhood, answered my questions, and showed me different available options. A very big mention to Olha; she kept everything professional and did everything to fix my application. Keep doing a great job, and I am very excited to move to this place. Thank you!
