Been staying at the reserve for about a year now - maintenance is always very quick to handle the requests submitted. Management is friendly - they try to get the community together which is nice
Very rude and unprofessional staff. I must specifically mention Chloe. We came in for a tour, and she suddenly came out from the back and, in a very unprofessional manner, told us that the apartment had already been leased. The way she handled the situation was extremely unwelcoming. Would not recommend.
Edit- new owners are charging us with hidden service fee and insurance payments every month through 3rd party companies even after having a verified policy and making it hard to get a refund. Will be reporting this at several places.

Maintenance team had a fast response and a quick repair, even fixed another maintenance issue while addressing the first!
