The parking situation at this complex is completely unacceptable. There are people with 3 cars per household and there are not enough spaces to fit everyone. If you have a garage you should NOT be able to park in the spots adjacent as the people who live behind the spots need to park. Sometimes the handicap space is the only place to park but you have to hope you don’t get a ticket for parking there. I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment complex. The community is nice, and everything has been well taken care of during my time here. I especially want to thank the Assistant Manager, Olha. She has been wonderful—always professional, kind, and very helpful whenever I needed assistance. Her support made my experience here even better. I truly appreciate all her help and highly recommend this community!
I had the pleasure of touring the community with Ola (she mentioned it’s like Olga but without the “g”). She was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process—very welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. Ola is a great communicator, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable right away. She has a warm personality and truly went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. I left the tour not only impressed with the property but also very appreciative of her excellent service
