*UPDATE AFTER MOVING OUT * I did enjoy living here, the staff was great, HOWEVER, upon move-out I was hit with ridiculous charges. They charged me to resurface a tub that was already in bad shape when I moved in. There is a dip in that tub that collected water and the hard water stained it BEFORE I moved in and they are charging me to fix it. As well as an oven cleaning fee?? The place is lovely and very family oriented area but one thing which spoils the 5 star is the customer service which is poor and they don't address the maintenance service quickly plus the customer service have rude behavior !
I've lived here for a year and can say that I love it! I barely ever hear my neighbors, which I wasn't expecting with apartment living, but these walls are thick! The office is always quick to resolve any inquiries or issues that come up. I always feel safe in our quiet little community
Been here for a year and just re-signed my lease! I’ve been satisfied with The Reserve on Glenbridge and enjoy living here. The maintenance team is great. Whenever there is an issue, they come right away. Shoutout to Brandon C. - he is usually the one who takes care of the requests and does a good job!
