If you go here, make sure you see Deja! She was so friendly and knowledgeable! She really made me feel welcomed during the whole process. I’m so glad she was my leasing agent!
The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is how small the roadways and garages are. Otherwise the apartments are nice with small things you experience in every apartment. However what really stood apart from the other apartments I toured in Colorado springs is the staff. Everyone here has been super helpful and informative and quick to respond from simply touring to moving in and even now after being here.
I came to tour the apartments a week or so ago and my experience with De’ja was phenomenal! Trying to PCS is difficult enough, but she was so helpful and really took the time to make sure I understood the process for application, move in, and any other questions I had. The apartment I viewed was nice and clean with many things to do in the surrounding area!
I’ve been here a few months and my only complaint is how thin the walls are. It sounds like my neighbors upstairs are stomping back and forth so loud it shakes my apt. It’s unbearable. I’ve complained twice now and don’t see the point to complain again. I’ll just ride out this lease in this torture. If you want peace and quiet (my only request when touring the apts), this is not for you. I just wanted quiet and now I’m stuck. Other than that the place is great. De'ja Davernport has been extremely helpful through out our stay. From answering all our questions to concern about fixtures in our house. Wonderful job letting us know when there food trucks on it ways to checking on us when we our in the leasing office enjoying ourselves. All questions had answer to them In a timely manner. The amenities is always enjoyable. From the fire place, the grill , and as well as the hot tub being open during the winter is always enjoyable. Will be leasing again!
