I am so excited to be moving in the Creekside at Palmer Park. Cen Snyder in the leasing office and Donovan on the maintenance team have been so professional and helpful in the move-in process!
I’ve been here about a month so far and the office staff and maintenance crew are amazing! I’ve been to the office numerous times to ask some questions since I am new to the area, and they have been great! I had one small maintenance request and the maintenance team was great! I’ve talked to a couple of them on the side to say that I appreciate what they’ve done with the big snow we got and even the small snow we got. I love living here! Staff , amenities and location make it the perfect place to live!!
Everything about living here is good for the most part. I like that management leaves us alone but their communication is extremely poor. They fail to let us know about things around the complex like contractors coming to work on the parking lot/ sidewalks and it’s been on multiple occasions. I also don’t appreciate the back and forth answers.
