Whether it be trips to the beach or hanging out at the mall with your family, there is plenty to do. All within minutes from Avana Coachman. A Great Place to call home The office management staff and maintenance team are always friendly and make me feel welcome every time I come in the office. Speaking of the office I love the new renovations to the pool and office. It’s a great place to live and call home.

Great affordable rental I have lived here over 3 years now and honestly couldn’t ask for a better place. The place has some age but the owners keep up with the work load. The property has changed a lot since moving here. The paint on the buildings, the roofs, and the amenities. Looking forward to another great year at Avana Coachman. Glad to call this place home.

Verified Renter The management is horrible, problems are rarely solved and require MULTIPLE follow-ups. The gate is broken 99% of the time, however is still used as an inconvenience to residents. Problems are solved on the basis of what's more important to management than to the residents. Everything takes much longer to get fixed than it should, i.e. our pool grill has been broken for at least a month, and "just got approved" to be fixed.
