Excellent service and very friendly. They initially gave me a time line of about a week, but completed the job within a couple of days.
I had a wonderful experience at Oakville Jewellery. I came in with a vision for a new ring and John brought it to life through computer design and a 3D printout. When the ring was finally made in gold and my stone was placed into it, I was amazed with how good it turned out. I highly recommend this place of business to anyone looking for an experienced jeweller.
6/5 stars. I had taken a necklace to a different jeweller and instead of fixing it they soldered it, which I thought had ruined it forever it looked like garbage and no longer moved, plus they charged me a fortune to do it! I came in to Oakville Jewellery when it broke again. They fixed the new break, and cut off the old soldered part. Now it looks perfect, like brand new, and they barely charged me anything! Top tier service, incredibly kind, skilled, professionals. Don’t go anywhere else.
I can't recommend Oakville Jewellery enough. First, they worked with my fiancee to create the most stunning custom engagement ring, and he had a great experience. Then I needed my engagement ring re-sized, and Stephanie, John, and Isaac were so kind and helpful - my ring was ready in just 1 day!! They also offer complimentary ring cleaning, whenever you'd like. Thank you so much to the team for a wonderful experience from the very beginning!
