Really good customer service, wide selection of flowers. Strongly recommend.
I’m disappointed with the lack of reliability. According to both their website and Google listing, the shop is supposed to be open until 7:00 p.m. on Fridays. I arrived at 6:25 p.m. and the store was already closed. I needed flowers urgently for a funeral early the next morning, and now I won’t have time to get to another florist. Please update your business hours if they’ve changed—people count on accurate information during important moments.
Jessica created the most beautiful bouquet of flowers for my boyfriend’s graduation. She was so kind and sweet throughout the process, putting the arrangement together effortlessly with incredible attention to detail and a quick turnaround. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future occasions!

Buying an item these days online is difficult, well atleast for me. I have to say living in Ottawa and sending flowers to my Aunt in Oakville was a bit of a challenge. Who do I go to and will it look beautiful. Well I have to say this florist is amazing. A lady took my order and told me she will make the arrangement look beautiful.
