Oakville dental care I love the high quality and professionalism at Oakville dental center. They also have a relaxed atmosphere which makes it nice to see a dentist. ( I would have never said this 50 years ago ). I would recommend them to any friends or family.
Recent visits I came for my 6month check up. my appt was for 11 am. I did not get in chair until 1120. Thought this was unusual for Carie,normally on time. Then a different hygienist came to get me . Found out Carie went part time, not sure if I knew this. The hygienist was very nice and explained everything Botttom line; if running late, let patient know, and if different hygienist may be good to give heads up. I understand if emergent, but a change in schedule is usually known in advance

I'm sorry but we were unaware that you had a specific hygienist you wanted to see. We typically put an alert on patients charts if they have a preferred hygienist, as yours did not have one. We went ahead and put the alert on your chart for future scheduled visits. We apologize for your 20 minute wait, as our office strives to run on schedule. However, emergency do occur which may run our doctors slightly behind.

Amazing team Just simply the best, dr.Guilfoy is awesom, he and pam and the other team members made my 7 year old feel very comfortable being at the dentist. We followed Dr. Guilfoy from another practice and we couldn't be more happy with his new place like I said everyone was wonderful, friendly and took good care of my baby girl. Thank you so much

It's all about the service I appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable staff at Oakville Dental Care. Everyone from the front desk to the exam rooms are always kind and professional even when I haven't flossed as much as I should!
