What a wonderful experience! Everyone I encountered was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. This was my first visit, so it took 2 hours! They talk to you and explain everything they are going to do. Then they proceed to take what they call a 'photo shoot' where they take MANY pictures of your teeth from every angle. These are used to show you what work you may need now or in the future. So very relaxing and comforting knowing they are dedicated to giving you a good experience. All of the staff is always friendly and helpful. The technicians and doctors are always thorough and ready to discuss any concerns or problems. I never feel like I'm being rushed. Also, the office is clean and comfortable.

I had a Monday morning emergency and Oakville Dental Care, particularly Dr. Azar, not only worked me in as a new patient, but also got me in to SLU's Endo student program for a same day root canal. I had suffered for three days and had called dozens of places only to be told "if i were an existing patient.....". The staff were probably the real hero's, and were wonderful and caring, but it started with Dr. Azar saying yes, she would help.
