The dentist does a decent job, but is insanely expensive. Customer service leaves much to be desired as I often can't even reach the office since no one answers the phone during business hours. The dentist also frequently leaves to deal with her staff or preferred clients during my appointment time, which is incredibly rude. Will no longer be a patient as it's just not worth the hassle. Dr Ulyana is very caring and loving person. She treats her patients with extra care and attention. I love the way she treats her patients. Her support staff is also amazing and very helpful.

Good job but OVERTLY expensive! Went in for a repair of front tooth bonding that she did less than 10 months ago. Met with a bill of $301 at the reception. My insurance would not pay because the previous refill was less than a year, hence, further repairs until another calendar year were supposed to be done without charges. No one in the clinic discussed the pre-assessment or the cost of cash payment with me, was only told to pay $301 when I got to the counter. My family has been going to Dr. Romanyuk for two years. She and her team are amazing- very detailed and caring about their patients.
