Roommate gave me a 3 week notice broke lease and moved out of state. 606.50 rent went to 1139.00 and full electric bill furious . Liam was beyond helpful in his attention, help, research on availability.. wasn't able to have something that worked at this time . But highly recommend him . Thank you again Liam ...1200 Sq ft to 500 for a year ...save, save you may hear back from me .
Just made a visit to see if i wanted to live here, was ppl doin drugs on the stairs and passed out in hallways, roaches were everywhere trash everywhere, i have never seen a worse place!!!!! Whoever is in charge needs thrown in jail.
Liam Boivin was amazing! He was very helpful throughout this whole process, and was always quick to respond. He answered my questions quickly and efficiently, always making sure I understood every aspect considering this is my first apartment I will be renting by myself. I couldn’t have asked for a better leasing specialist! Eternally grateful for all of his help!
