Oakview is a beautiful facility. The staff are friendly and kind and do all that they can to promote excellence in healthcare.
I would like to sincerely thank the entire Oak View team who cared for my mother during her stay. This is truly the best place, with the best team, who supported my mother throughout her recovery. Administrators and staff care deeply about their residents at Oak View in Thousand Oaks, CA. Although mom's placement was temporary due to her evacuation from the Altadena fires, everyone worked very hard to assist mom's transition into their memory care unit. Mom suffers from dementia and needed special help throughout her stay. Staff were kind and loving, and did wonders to get mom to participate in daily group activities. Our family is so grateful that Mom is well cared for at OakView in Thousand Oaks. She has lived in Assisted Living, Memory Care, and now Skilled Nursing.
