DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Rent from ANYONE else, but not Oaktree - trust me! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!! We signed a lease a couple years ago to rent an apartment from them. Our lease stated there would be blinds, a fridge, and working heater. They were all there when we viewed the apartment before signing the lease, but it was all missing/broken when we went to move in! Property investments/ managers This company manages many apartment buildings in my area.They don't maintaine the property very well.I contacted the owners of the properties my self as one lived out of state and hadn't seen their property in years because they trusted the managment company was doing what they were paid to do.The other was an elderly lady who moved in with her daughter but didn't want to sell.Her & her daughter were so upset and glad I called them before the property was in more disrepair. stay away! be sure you know your rights as a renter before moving into one of their properties, because they will try to abuse them! its a pity that they are one of the most commonly used property management companies in Ventura. I had a horrible experience, it would take a week for them to call someone to fix brown water running out of the kitchen sink, MONTHS to fix a broken refrigerator, there were illegal intrusive mid lease inspections for no reason. general douchebaggery all around.
