Used to be nice but now property is dirty, trashy, windows and blinds are broken, siding is coming off the walls, sloppy paint job, dead cars sitting in the very small parking lot. Owner is unavailable, manager is barely available, doesnt enforce handicap parking violators, speeders allowed, maintenance is non-existent. No leash laws, pets run free and potty where children play. Not enough laundry machines, no dishwasher, no garbage disposal, no pool or playground, kids play in the street.
