I wanted to take a moment to recognize Sarah. Since she took over, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in how the complex is run. She is incredibly professional, follows up on emails promptly, and actually takes the time to listen to resident concerns. It’s a relief to have someone in the office who is both competent and easy to work with!
Jessica is very great . She went above & beyond to make sure I had my home for my kids I can’t thank her enough.. She is nice & very respectful she helped me out a lot with the move in process she’s the best . I also love how the whole team is willing to help
Iv been renting from Sara for 5 years and she has been absolutely amazing. When a hickey up happend she had us moved and taken care of. Since moving into the town homes I jave seen nothing but her and her staff doing nothing but fixing and cleaning up the neighborhood. The staff is amazing with my daughter (she thinks they live there ) from what I've seen what the oak stone staff has been doing is trying to make it a better place fore every one and they are doing a great job at it
Ive been renting from sarah the property manager for over half a decade and thru multiple properties. Management is fair and the prices are more than reasonable. Awesome community with kids to make friends and places to play and be kids. Pet friendly as well. Maintenance is on top of thier stuff and quick at repairs or fixes. Im overall super impressed and from top to bottom between price and Management and everything in between your not gonna find a better spot.
This place is ridiculous 3 day pay or vacate for anything and everything they can possibly charge you for they do not care about their residents at all its all about money money money !!! toy left out? you get a notice dog gets out past ur kids fine and a notice. Up your rent in the middle of ur lease yep! I cant wait to move do not recommend this property it feels like prison don't make any mistakes because they don't believe in giving you a warning or having a conversation with you it's just a fine and notice also paying r... read more
