RecommendedI always get anxious when going to the Dentist, but I can say this is by far the best I’ve been to. The entire staff is very kind. They walk you through every procedure and put you at ease. Highly recommend.
Dr. Pedraza is wonderful and so is his entire staff! My entire family has been going to this office for years and we have never had an issue. They are so accommodating and friendly. Special kudos to Jaime and Mia this year, who helped me tremendously with scheduling and re-scheduling my sons’ appointments a few times. Quality, painless dental care each and every time.
We moved up here a year and a half ago and I had still not found a dentist. My cleaning was overdue and I didn’t want to drive to my old dentist anymore so I went to here. From the front office staff, hygienist, to Dr. Pedraza himself, couldn’t have asked for a better group of dental care providers. Did not have a particularly easy procedure but it was still a great experience. Definitely recommend!
I am a very anxious patient and today I had 4 fillings and was so nervous and usually hate the whole process but the whole staff and Dr Pedraza was so great!!!! This will forever be my family and I dentist!!!! Thank you so much for everything!!!!
We love going to the Oakstead Family Dentistry. Wait times for your appointment after checking in is usually within 2 to 5 minutes of your arrival time. This is excellent for me because everywhere else I've been I usually have to wait half an hour to 45 minutes just to get in the office to see the dentist. All of the hygienists are wonderful! Dr. P is so knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful to work with.
My husband was seen at this office for a same day crown. It went as smooth as possible! From the moment I called to schedule the appointment to walking out after the procedure, the staff was so sweet and accommodating! There were no surprises with the dental insurance or how much we owed out of pocket. My husband said it was a great experience in the chair as well. The office was warm and very clean:) Dr. Pedraza was very upfront and personable! Loved the whole experience!
Dr. Jake is the best! The whole team is awesome. I would still go if I could but I moved to NY!!!
