Cars are broken into frequently, dont leave anything out or it will be stolen, and worst of all is the manager. Ellen is a liar that will go out of her way to create problems. Infrequent enforcement of "her" rules, and the basic disposition that she simple does not like anyone. A very unhappy woman the creates a very unhappy environment.
